About the data
How the numbers are made
Scanners run the Arqen Census addon, which sends small /who queries one key press at a time, the way the game allows. Each character is counted once, at the latest level we saw. /who only shows your own faction, so a side with fewer scanners is under-counted until more people scan it. Treat the numbers as a large sample, not a head count.
